General Introduction

JM-I consists of cationic surfactant, synergist, and stabilizer . It is a high effective non- oxidation bactericides especially used in drilling fluid system.

Performance and Usage

1. It has a very good compatibility with other additives ， and has no influence on rheology behavior and filtration properties .

2. It has less foam, effectively inhibiting TGB and SRB.

3. It still possesses strong Penetration sterilization ability in high PH system.

4. It is nonflammable, belongs to the second class dangerous chemical products .

Method of application

The product is directly added in water or diluted 2 ～ 3 times with water, then it is put into systems(mud pit or glue pool) which needs sterilizing. The recommended dosage is 0.5%(V/V) of the system. Due to pungent smell, wear masks when dosing. If plashing into eyes or mouth, flush with lots of water.

Notes

This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place to avoid the sun and rain. The appropriate storage temperature from -10 ℃ to 40 ℃ ,and the guarantee period is 2 years 。

Package

It is packed in galvanized iron bucket( 200Kg capacity ) or plastic barrel of polyethylene(25kg capacity).
